In Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, Château le Moulin Neuf is a beautiful vineyard that extends over 23 hectares of sublime nature. If the deep energy of the terroir is essential, everything is done to give the plant its natural balance and to produce while respecting the wild fauna and flora. The wines are made over the long term, with ageing in amphorae and barrels to bring out the natural elegance of the Cabernet Franc, in a style that is extremely well controlled and infused with the winemaker's meticulous know-how.

Château Moulin Neuf is distinguished by its richness and elegance typical of the great wines of the Loire. In the glass it appears dense and unctuous, with a garnet colour and a beautiful intensity, this wine offers a generous bouquet where red fruits compose a perfect harmony with spicy notes. Gourmet and balanced, the finish show aromatic persistence with all the finesse and charm of an exceptional terroir.

This is a superb wine with a sensual register that evokes a desire for delicate food and wine pairings.

An ageing period of 3 to 7 years laid flat in darkened cellar. A period in which the flavours will further develop to charm the consumer’s palate
