When he assumed ownership of Château Moulin Bellegrave in 2012, Antoine infused the family estate with a contemporary spirit—combining precision viticulture, refined craftsmanship, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Situated in Vignonet, within the prestigious Saint-Émilion jurisdiction and recognized as part of a UNESCO World Heritage region, the estate reflects Antoine’s dedication to producing wines of purity, balance, and rare distinction. His intuition led him, in 2015, to acquire additional parcels resting on a gravel ridge neighboring the property—singular lands chosen for their character and exceptional potential.

Guided by a deep respect for micro-terroirs and a philosophy rooted in harmony with nature, Antoine cultivates each vine with meticulous care. His belief is both simple and profound: nurture the earth, and it will reveal wines of remarkable finesse and authenticity.

A Legacy Honored

Behind this new chapter of Maison Mabileau stands the legacy of Laurent Mabileau, who began his winemaking journey in 1985. His commitment to craftsmanship and his devotion to the family’s vineyards shaped the values that continue to guide the estate today.
While Laurent laid the foundations, it is Antoine who now elevates them—interpreting the heritage with modern sensibility, elegance, and a renewed ambition for excellence.
