The Domaine Laurent Mabileau spreads over 28 ha on modern alluvial soils. The technique used for several years respect a fair environnemental agriculture : plough of vines, leaves thin-outing, green harvest, grape selection from the harvest at the cellar.

The robe is bright and shiny garnet colour, a nice subtile red fruits bouquet, a frank attack, volutptuous and rich palate with subtiles tannins and fruity persistency.
Ageing time until 6 years laying-down off-light in cave. During this period, aromates develop to tease the consumer's palate.
From 12 to 13°C is served with meats (barbecue, chicken, pork, veal, rabbit, beef…) cheese, red fruit deserts.
